Definitely YES. By registering with us, it would be easier to keep track on your billing and shipping details such as name, address, contact number, and also tracking your order history and payment status.

The main reason is due to inactive account. You need to verify your account by clicking on the verification link which was sent to your registered email address.

Just follow the below step :-

  1. Go to My Account page.
  2. Click on the Forgot Password link.
  3. You will be prompted with a window to enter your email address (it must be the same email address you registered with khans.my)
  4. Check your inbox because the password will be sent automatically to the registered email address.

Please take a photo of your faulty item and email us at info@khans.my  for our verification, before proceed with item exchange. In the event of the item is out of stock, you can request for a full refund or replace with another code which has same value of the faulty item received.

Please email your order ID and the item code to us at info@khans.my. You will need to return the wrongly received item back to us, and we will exchange with the correct one.
