Customer can return faulty/damaged/wrongly sent item within 7 days after received, for a refund of the item. Any lateness will not be entertained and the item will be returned back to the customer.

We take great measures to ensure our product’s quality but sometime things go wrong during delivery. Please help us to take a photo of your item (especially the faulty/damaged part) and include a short description along with your order ID and email to info@khans.my. We will exchange your item for a new one, and bear the costs in returning the faulty item to us and resend the new one to you. In the event of the item is out of stock, you can request for a full refund or replace with another code which has same value of the faulty/damage item received.

Khans Skincare will not be responsible for return item that do not reach us, hence we recommend you to insure your parcel for its appropriate value. Upon receive your parcel, we will ship the correct/non-defect item back to you at no additional cost.

  1. We offer exchange on item found to be defected due to our fault. Defect(s) caused by the fault of third party or customer’s fault will not be entertained.
  2. We have made every effort to showcase, as accurately as possible, the colors of our product that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display will be accurate. The position of pattern/design may slightly different from what you see.
